A Brilliant Idea ~ Main Street Edition
I came across this shop purely by accident and I must say, I was BEYOND impressed.
It's this little store called The Soap Dispensary.
If you're thinking that this is some sort of super girly and frilly kind of place, you're wrong.
Here's the deal:
"The Soap Dispensary is a refill store specializing in
premium household soaps, cleaners and personal care products. Customers
can reuse containers to be refilled at our store, keeping single-use
plastic packaging out of landfills, watersheds and wasteful recycling
systems."
And nope, it's not the cheapy stuff either. It's high quality, environmentally friendly and allergy-friendly products, most of them being Canadian. CooooOOOooool!!!
I know what you're thinking and the answer is no, I'm not getting paid to say this. I just genuinely think this is a brilliant idea that's not only environmentally friendly, but also local.
