There's no question about it, Dumb & Dumber is one of the funniest and most quotable movies
ever made.
And now (JOY!) it's official: Jeff Daniels and Jim Carrey have signed on to be a part of the sequel (Dumb & Dumber To) which begins filming next month (September = YAY!). The film is scheduled to be released some time in 2014.
Can you imagine being a part of this epic sequel?!?! Guess what... You CAN! The Farrelly brothers (the writer/director team of both the original and the latest installment) have issued a contest for a walk on-role on the upcoming film. Here are all the details (as posted on their facebook page): "Alright, here are the contest rules for Winning A Walk-On On Dumb & Dumber To!
First, make a Vine re-creating a scene from the original Dumb & Dumber, but put your own spin on it.
Use the hashtag #DumbTo so we can see them all. (Yeah yeah, I know what a "hashtag" is...now)
You have until September 15, 2013 to post.
After September 15, Bobby and I will pick the winner. The winner and a friend gets to be a walk-on on the film.

The Farrelly brothers have confirmed that they have a finished the script for the sequel to (in my humble opinion) one of the funniest movies ever.
Peter Farrelly says that in this newest installment, "We pick up 20 years later, we explain what they've done for
the last 17 or 18 years, we take off from that and it's just a lot of
laughs."
Rumour has it that both Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels have signed on to reprise their original roles (Jim Carrey dropped out of the project last summer, and then changed his mind).
Do ya think this movie will reach the original level of awesomeness that Dumb and Dumber was able to reach? Talk about pressure!!!!
